The 30-yard takes ten to fifteen pickup truck loads, about 180 trash bags. It's the dumpster on our new-construction sites catching framing scrap, sheathing offcuts, and packaging from framing through punch-out. Whole-home renovations fill it, and a siding-plus-roofing combo job is exactly what the height is for. If your project generates debris for weeks instead of days, this is the dumpster, swapped out as you fill it.

The 30-yard is 8 feet wide, 16 feet long, and 7 feet tall. Those 7-foot walls mean hand-loading happens through the end door or off a ladder, so this dumpster does its best work where machines or crews are loading. Check overhead before we come: branches, service drops, and power lines matter at this height, and the extra foot of width wants a clear approach.
Same day is routine. Call in the morning and the full dumpster is usually gone and replaced before your crew loses momentum. Late-afternoon calls roll to first thing next morning.

The dumpster itself stands 7 feet, and the truck needs more than that while tilting it off. Look up before delivery day: tree limbs, low service drops, and power lines are the usual problems. If the approach is tight, tell us when you order and we'll plan the set.
