Dumpsters for commercial sites, placed where they work and swapped before they slow anybody down. We've run debris for gas station builds, a restaurant build, and plenty of storefront renovations.
A commercial site runs on a schedule the dumpster has to keep up with. The dumpster needs to sit where it's out of the traffic lane and away from the inspector's path but still close enough that your crew actually uses it. We place for that, and when it fills, we swap it fast so the site stays clean and the schedule holds. Lately that's meant gas station builds and a restaurant build along with the regular run of storefront and office renovations. When you call about billing or scheduling, a person answers, and it's usually Ryan.
The 20-yard carries three tons included, the 30-yard four. Overage is $70 per ton off each dumpster's scale ticket, which keeps every invoice tied to a weight you can check. Rental periods run 1 to 3, 7, 14, or 30 days, and delivery inside our area is in the rate.
Price any size against any rental length over the phone: call (864) 871-4290 and get the number for your job in one conversation.
Before delivery day, think through three spots: where debris comes off the building, where trucks and customers move, and where the fire lane is. The dumpster should touch the first and miss the other two. Tell us the site's quirks when you order, gates, docks, pavement you care about, and we'll set the dumpster to match.
Same-day swaps are routine. Call when it's full, and in most cases the empty is on the ground the same day, next morning at the outside. How that cadence runs on account is on the contractor page.
Yes. Tell us where it needs to sit and what it needs to avoid, and the driver will set it there. If the spot's tight, send a photo by text first.
Gas station builds, a restaurant build, storefront renovations, and office cleanouts across Greenwood and the surrounding counties; the service area page maps the reach.
Ryan does, on the same number the orders come in on: (864) 871-4290, Monday through Friday 7:30 to 5.
Per dumpster, each off its own scale ticket. There's no monthly meter running; a dumpster is a rental with a flat rate and its own weight, which keeps project accounting clean. Call (864) 871-4290 and the price comes back before anything is charged.
That's a placement question we ask about up front. The dumpster sits where debris comes off the building and clear of the inspector's path and the fire lane, and if the site changes mid-project, call and we'll reset it on the next swap.
We run this service across the Lakelands from our lots in Donalds and Greenwood. Same flat rates in every town we serve.
