Rental Terms

The short version of how a rental works, in plain English. The signed rental agreement at order time is the controlling document.

Rates and periods. Rentals run 1 to 3, 7, 14, or 30 days at the posted rates, which include delivery, pickup, and the tonnage listed for each size within our service area. Additional weight bills at $70 per ton off the disposal facility's scale ticket. Extensions are available by phone before the rental ends.

Placement. The customer chooses the placement spot and is responsible for permits when a dumpster sits on public property, and for written permission on property they don't own (including HOA rules). We place dumpsters carefully but aren't responsible for surface damage where placement was directed.

Loading. Loads must stay below the rim and within the dumpster. Prohibited items (concrete, dirt, tires, wet paint, oil, batteries, hazardous material) are listed on the what-goes-in page; loads containing them may incur disposal surcharges. Appliances are picked up beside the dumpster at $25 each.

Payment. Cash and major credit cards. Orders are confirmed by a person before any charge.
