Anderson is the biggest city on this side of our range, from downtown Main Street and Anderson University out to the Clemson Boulevard commercial strip and the Highway 28 bypass, with Lake Hartwell west of it all.
The work spreads the same way the city does: whole-house cleanouts and remodels in the older neighborhoods, rental turnovers near the university, roofs everywhere, and the occasional commercial renovation along the strip. Dumpsters come out of our Donalds yard and land across the south and east sides.
Anderson runs off the Donalds yard, so it's a real drive rather than a hop across town. That rarely changes the delivery day, but it does mean a morning call schedules more easily than a four o'clock one. The rental turnover near the university compresses into a couple of weeks in spring, so if your job lands in that window it's worth getting on the schedule early rather than calling the morning you need it. Either way, nothing needs a permit on your own driveway. If the dumpster has to sit on a public street in Anderson, permission comes from whoever maintains that road, either SCDOT or Anderson County Roads and Bridges, and the permit guide explains how to tell which.
University district or county road, every Anderson address gets one flat rate. Call (864) 871-4290 with yours and Ryan will confirm the price and the delivery day on one call.
Anderson pays the flat rates, with delivery, pickup and 2 to 4 tons of disposal included, then $70 a ton. A call to (864) 871-4290 gets the price for every rental length.
No. The flat rate covers delivery and pickup in Anderson the same as everywhere else we serve. The only thing the mileage touches is the calendar: call early in the day and you'll get a better pick of delivery slots than you will at closing time.
Yes, and turnovers near Anderson University are steady work. Furniture, mattresses, carpet and general household debris all load fine. Appliances go beside the dumpster at $25 each. That work compresses into a short window each year, so earlier notice helps.
Whole-house cleanouts in Anderson's older neighborhoods usually take a 20, remodels a 15 or 20, and roofs depend on the square footage more than the yardage. The size guide and one phone call between them settle it.
Not on private property. Downtown Anderson and the older neighborhoods are where public placement can come up, and that needs a yes from the city first. The permit guide covers which office handles which road.
On the Anderson side the nearest pages are Belton, Honea Path and Williamston, strung down 178 toward the yard. Same rates on all of them; the rest is on the service area page.
Yes, a good slice of it. Anderson leads our five county pages, with Belton, Honea Path and Williamston filling in the map. City permit office or crossroads store, the flat rate reads the same.
Anderson work runs out of the home yard on Mount Lebanon Road in Donalds; the Greenwood lot sits nearly twice as far and rarely figures in. The biggest city on our map, priced off the same short card as the smallest town.
