Most of it lands on a 10 or a 15-yard, and most of it is a one-can job that starts and finishes inside a week.
Estate and foreclosure cleanouts are their own thing and worth calling about rather than booking blind. Forty years of a house rarely fits the size anyone guesses first, and it's cheaper to plan a swap up front than to discover it halfway through a weekend.
The rest of the work is trade work: new builds, remodels, roof tear-offs, siding, light demolition. What changes for a contractor isn't the can, it's the cadence. Debris comes off a job for weeks, so the question stops being which size and becomes how fast the full one gets replaced. Call before late afternoon and the swap usually happens that day, which is the difference between a crew stacking debris on the ground and a crew working.
