A.: Pricing is determined by a combination of factors including the size of dumpster you choose, the materials you place in the container (heavier materials may result in an overage fee), the distance to your nearest landfill, the type of property where the dumpster will be placed, and any applicable permitting and regulatory fees. You can minimize costs by choosing the smallest capacity dumpster that can accommodate your waste materials, especially if you plan to dispose of heavier materials such as soil, concrete, and metallic materials. Please review our service agreement and contact us for a free quote to learn more.

A.: Our dumpster rental service is designed to provide short-term residential rubbish and debris removal. Extensions beyond the rental period will be assessed an additional fee. Please review our service agreement and contact Proudfoot Rolloffs’ customer service department to discuss your needs and learn more about extending the rental period of your dumpster.

A.: The ideal dumpster placement location will be a flat area of solid ground. You must ensure that there is at least three feet of clearance around all sides, twenty-two feet of clearance in height, and a minimum of thirty-four feet of clearance in front of the dumpster for pickup service. The path to and from the dumpster placement location must maintain unobstructed access for delivery and pickup.

A.: Please review our dumpster preparation guidelines to learn how to prepare for delivery of your dumpster. You may want to place a protective covering over areas such as your paved driveway or lot location where the dumpster will be placed. If you are interested in minimizing your rental period, you may want to consider performing cleanup first and placing the items in a centralized location for more efficient dumpster loading. Our Rolloff service includes placing wood beneath dumpster contact points, but you may want to provide additional wood sheeting beneath the area to help minimize damage, as well. If any underground sewer or utilities, overhead obstructions, valuable vegetation, structures, or other property are present, be sure to alert us so that an alternate delivery and pickup route and dumpster placement location can be selected in advance.

A.: If you are not the owner of the property where you plan to place a dumpster rental or you are a member of a homeowner’s association (HOA) or subject to any other restrictive covenants, rights-of-way, and similar limitations, your right to place a dumpster rental on the property may be restricted. We encourage you to check with the property owner or HOA in advance to secure verbal and written permission to place the dumpster prior to ordering your rental to help avoid potential violations, fines, etc.

A.: We accept cash and all major credit cards.

A.: No. Proudfoot Rolloffs provides an affordable residential cleanup option with our full-service dumpster Rolloff service which includes dumpster rental delivery, setup, pickup, hauling, and disposal service, but we are not a junk removal service. If you would like someone to perform your cleanup job (including removing and placing rubbish and debris into the container), we encourage you to contact one of the area’s reputable junk removal service providers.
